The Health Centre makes every effort to ensure good customer service and patient satisfaction. If, however, you are in any way dissatisfied with the service received and would like to make a complaint please contact the reception desk for a copy of our complaints procedure.
The Health Centre places great importance to providing an effective, prompt and positive response to all complaints from patients. We also ensure that such complaints assist the practice to improve its service in the future.
